    Different specialties.
    One standard of work.

Experienced professionals. Hands-on responsibility. Results you can explain.

Media-buyer spend levels are experience requirements, not statements about our current advertising budgets.

Close the deal. Build your recurring income.

Turn warm, booked appointments into paying clients. We generate the opportunities and provide the sales process. You handle the conversations, follow-up, and close.

Initial deals start around $3,000, average $5,000–$6,000, and can reach $10,000. The sales process typically involves two or three calls.

Commission-only. No base salary. Commissions apply to accounts you close; recurring commissions depend on subsequent client payments.

    What you’ll own

    • Lead the conversation

Research prospects, run discovery calls, present trial results, and recommend the right package.

    • Own the next step

Handle objections, ask for the sale, and follow up until there is a clear decision.

    • Keep the pipeline clear

Log call outcomes, notes, and next appointments so every opportunity has an owner and a plan.

    Who we’re looking for

You have a proven record selling high-ticket B2B services over video or phone. You are comfortable speaking with business owners, discussing return on investment, and moving qualified prospects toward a decision. This is not an appointment-setting or entry-level sales position.

    What success looks like

Thoughtful sales conversations, consistent follow-through, and clients who understand what they are buying.

    Make your experience concrete.

Tell us what you’ve sold, your average deal size, your close rate, and the number of sales calls behind it.

Scale qualified opportunities—not just cheap leads.

Own campaign performance from the first impression to the sales conversation. We’re looking for a hands-on buyer who connects advertising decisions to real business outcomes.

    What you’ll own

    • Campaign strategy & budgets

Build, launch, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Keep spending aligned with agreed acquisition targets.

    • Creative & funnel testing

Build clear tests for hooks, offers, copy, creative, lead forms, and landing pages. Turn findings into specific recommendations.

    • Measurement & lead quality

Validate tracking and use sales feedback to identify qualified appointments and customers. Bring experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and CRM conversion feedback.

    Who we’re looking for

You have personally managed at least $100,000 per month on Meta, in one account or across a portfolio. Bring substantiated B2B or service-business lead-generation results and a clear explanation of your decisions. Multi-location experience is a plus.

    What success looks like

Qualified opportunities at sustainable acquisition costs, reliable budget control, and clear reporting on what is working.

    Make your experience concrete.

Include your largest personally managed monthly budget, the number of accounts managed simultaneously, and two relevant case studies. Separate single-account spend from total portfolio spend.

For each case study, include the date range, spend, results, and exactly what you were responsible for. Share only authorized, redacted evidence.

Your work should speak for itself.

    Bring the experience.
    Show us how you think.

Choose a role above and send your relevant work, results, and a short introduction. We’d like to understand what you owned—and what you learned.
